| First Step : |
NISVA recruits Japanese seniors through various channels, and they
register themselves as members of NISVA. |
| |
|
| Second Step : |
A host organization or group with the intent to encourage growth
in a developing country sends a request to NISVA for volunteers. |
| |
|
| |
|
| Third Step : |
NISVA examines the request and may seek further clarification
by contacting the host organization. If necessary, NISVA sends
their staff to assess the host organization to gain additional
information and to further any inquiries. |
| |
|
| Fourth Step : |
NISVA nominates the candidates who meet the necessary and sufficient
conditions and provides the host organization with information
regarding the volunteers. The host organization is then allowed
to make the final decision. |
| |
|
| Fifth Step : |
In collaboration with the host organization, NISVA works out
the details and terms of reference for the volunteers, including
assignment, cost, date, duration of stay, etc. |
| |
|
| Sixth Step : |

The following are the basic commitments of both parties.
